I have always been deeply passionate about teaching and empowering others. For me, teaching is a way of building a bridge — creating a space where individuals can explore, expand, and unlock their potential, whether they are professional performers or new to movement and dance.

Over the past six years, I have taught in a wide range of settings, working with children, teenagers, SEND and disabled participants, adults, older adults, and professional dancers. My experience spans both community and professional contexts, collaborating with organisations such as Greenwich Dance, Wee Movers, Age UK, Zest Educate, Masters of Ballet Academy, Arc Dance Academy, Lauren Haith School, Stars Performing Arts, Gems Performing Arts, and Viaggi di Tells.

I have also taught within leading institutions including The Place, Trinity Laban, Centre 151, TripSpace, and Dance Gallery & Home Centro Coreografico.

In 2025, following the development of my research and creative practice around the life–death cycle, I was invited to deliver workshops for MA Dance Performance and BA students at Trinity Laban. Alongside this, I initiated open-level dance theatre workshops in my hometown in Italy, creating opportunities to share my practice after many years working abroad.

Since 2025, I have been teaching and leading adult Contemporary classes (beginners and improvers) in Leyton through Wee Movers. I have also delivered workshops focused on my choreographic research, exploring themes of transformation and the life–death cycle through movement.

From January to March 2026, I created a new choreographic work as part of the VI.SA. Dance Project in collaboration with BA1 students at Trinity Laban, as part of the Performance Project.

My teaching practice is rooted in body awareness, deep listening to physical sensations, and the exploration of different states of tension and movement qualities. I integrate imagination and creative inquiry as central tools for expression, encouraging participants to access the body as a site of intuition, transformation, and storytelling.

I believe the body holds an innate capacity to express, reveal, and communicate. As a teacher, I am interested in guiding others towards this awareness, offering tools that support authentic physical expression. My work often explores themes of transformation and letting go, with a strong focus on weight, spatial awareness, and relational dynamics with others.

Technically, my approach draws from practices such as release technique, floorwork, and Flying Low, integrating them within a broader creative and expressive framework.
